Returns and Exchanges Policy
Afrofeminist accepts returns and exchanges subject to the terms set out below.
If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase for any reason, they may request a return or exchange within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be shipped back within seven (7) days of delivery.

Conditions of Return
To initiate a return or exchange, the customer must notify Afrofeminist within seven (7) days of receiving the goods by contacting:

All returned items must meet the following conditions:
• Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
• Items must not be worn, used, or damaged.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, Afrofeminist will process a refund for the value of the product within seven (7) working days.
